The Southern Athletic Health Connections Expo is an event that introduces members and guests to fitness and wellness programs offered at the club and within the surrounding community. Southern Athletics’ goal is to promote wellness on all fronts- body, mind and soul. 

Some of the programs exhibited at this year’s Expo were massage therapy,  ionic foot therapy, biofeedback and acupuncture.

Integris Health was on hand to analyze blood pressure, perform glucosamine screening and test cholesterol.
