As a convenience to our members, FREE child care (3 children limit) is provided for members' children ages 8 and under. Our Nursery is located in the hallway adjacent to the main fitness floor, and is large enough to accommodate a good number of children.

Our child care providers are friendly, caring and great with the kids! A one-way mirrored window allows parents to check in on the little ones without being seen.
The following guidelines are set to insure your child's safety and comfort.

Nursery Guidelines
- Children who have symptoms of illness will not be kept in the nursery.
- Children who are chronically disruptive or disrespectful will not be kept in the nursery.
- Our child care nursery is only for children of members. No "extra" kids will be left in the nursery.
- Our child care nursery is not a licensed "Day Care". Members cannot leave the facility while their children are in the nursery.
- No snacks or drinks are to be brought into the nursery.
- Parents will be paged by intercom if diapers or training pants need changing.
- Please notify the child care providers if your child has any special needs.
- Please remember the 2-hour limit in the nursery when planning your workouts. (limit-one visit per day)
