If you have never tried Yoga before, but are interested in it or if you have been doing Yoga for years, we are the club for you.
We offer a Senior Yoga class which is done entirely in a chair or standing. There is no getting on the floor. This is perfect class for our seniors, deconditioned members or those recovering from an injury.
Our regular Yoga class is offered a couple times durring the week. This class offers enough basics and challenges to keep everyone happym. Modifications will be taught to accomodiate every person.
Body Flow is a combination of Yoga, Pilates and Tai Chai. This class can be a little more challenging than our basic Yoga class, but it is filled with great music and fantastic instructors. This class is offered several times a day. |
