LEVEL 3
Level 3 is for our most active members. These classes are higher intensity, or can be tweaked for a harder workout.
Below we have listed some Group Fitness classes that would be good for those that want to give it their all.
Body Jam is a GREAT way to get your cardio, grooving and moving to the music. Every genre of of dance class imaginable workout. You don't even have to be a dancer to enjoy this class.
Body Pump is the original barbell class that strengthens your entire body. This 60-minute workout challenges all your major muscle groups by using the best weight-room exercises like squats, presses, lifts and curls. Great music, awesome instructors and your choice of weight inspire you to get the results you came for - and fast!
Cardio Kickboxing is a high-energy class inspired by martial arts movements... Punch, kick and shuffle your way to fitness! Minimum choreography makes this class easy to follow. Beginners should not punch on the bags without prior instruction of safety... see your instructor.
Express Step is a faced paced and intense combination of your favorite step moves. Recommended for the intermediate and advanced stepper that wants to quickly burn those calories.
Express Total Body A Class targeting the hips, glutes, thighs, abdominal and upper body muscles. A complete workout in just 30 minutes.
Fat Burner is a combination of resistance training, sports drills and cardiovascular intervals. This is a easy-to-follow yet high intensity 30-minute workout.
Step-N-Run is a FUN and challenging workout that is done interval style. This class is out on the indoor track for the running (or walking) part of the class and in the studio for the stepping.
