When you join Southern Athletic Club, you will receive a Personal Assessment with one of our Trainers. They will do your measurements, your weight and discuss your goals. Then, they will design a workout plan designed specificially for you. The trainer will spend 3 sessions with you to make sure you are familiar with the equipment and understand the workout.
Periodiaclly, we can do a Re-evaluation and help tweek your workout to help you go even further with your goals.
Our Personal Trainers are always here to provide help and encouragement every step of the way!
